Weight shock

Happen to check my weight at friend place

Had a shock of my life!

Hit 80kg for the first time in my life!

Simply shocking! Suspect machine spoilt

So went home to check myself with my weighing machine.

It showed 77kg. Phew!

But still, its time to lose weight!

Plan to cut to 75kg this week.. *discipline*

Having bad cough n flu today. Was in a daze the whole day. Maybe not enough sleep or too much stress. Getting old..

Finding very hard to like someone again.
